Zamak injection moulding is a casting process in which metal parts with high precision and cosmetically different geometries are produced using zamak alloy, which consists of metals such as zinc, aluminium, magnesium and copper. With the high pressure die casting process, high strength products and different designs can be produced. This method allows mass production of parts with precise tolerances.
The molten zamak raw materials are injected between the moulds by applying high pressure and a certain force. All parameters in the process are automatically controlled, which ensures high production quality and consistency.
